REEP, Inc dba Operational Support and Services (OSS) is a Global Provider. OSS has supported U.S. Government contracts in over 52 countries and applies specific successful methodologies to recruiting, start-up, contract management, quality control, safety and training.

OSS has a long and successful history of supporting unique training, linguists, intelligence support operations, language and cultural immersion, administrative, logistical and Subject Matter Expert requirements. The majority of this support has been to U.S. Government agencies, the Department of Defense, and NATO. OSS personnel provide support in numerous politically-sensitive environments through on-going active contracts of varying sizes & scopes.

OSS is military-centric. OSS employs many military retirees, former military and military spouses from the Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force and Army. Many of OSS' employees are former military recruiters, trainers, and administrative staff, as well as Foreign Area Officers (FAOs), intelligence personnel, and Special Operations personnel supporting and trained for U.S. Government Diplomatic Services, arms control negotiations, treaty implementation, civil affairs and intelligence operations. Approximately 90% of OSS' Corporate office employees are prior military, with experience supporting Department of Defense, Department of State, Department of Homeland Security and several other U.S. Government agencies.
